Cllr Luke Chapman is the elected Conservative representative for Snodland East and Ham Hill on Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council. Born and raised in Kent, Luke has a deep-rooted passion for serving the local community and standing up for the values of hard work, personal responsibility, and strong local services.
Since being elected, Luke has been a proactive voice for residents, championing local issues including road safety, investment in community infrastructure, and the protection of green spaces. He works closely with local organisations, residents’ groups, and fellow councillors to ensure that Snodland and Ham Hill remain great places to live, work, and raise a family.
Luke is committed to delivering real results for residents, with a focus on supporting local businesses, improving public services, and ensuring that development is always in line with the needs and character of the community.
Outside of his council duties, Luke is actively involved in local Conservative campaigns and community initiatives, and brings energy and fresh perspective to local government.
